HuntingLeaseUSA is a marketplace that connects hunters with private hunting land. Landowners list acreage they want to lease, and members browse, unlock the details, and book a lease for the season — one party per property, away from public-land crowds. We handle the listings, payments, background checks, and coordination so both sides can deal with confidence.

We currently have available leases across 0 states — several states. Availability changes constantly as leases get booked and new land comes online, so the interactive map on our Find Leases page is always the most accurate picture. We add new states and new listings every week.

Each listing is a private, annual lease for a single hunting party — not a shared club and not a day pass. When you book, that land is yours for the season: you get the exact location, access instructions, and a direct line for coordinating with the landowner. Every property is privately owned and managed, so game isn't pressured the way it is on public ground.

Browsing listings, prices, acreage, species, and the general area is completely free — no account required. Membership is what unlocks the gated details and the ability to book. You can join at any time; if you're not already a member when you go to book a lease, we simply add membership at checkout.

Membership is $10/month or $100/year — the annual plan works out to two months free. That single membership covers every state we operate in and every listing on the platform. The membership fee is separate from the price of any lease you choose to book.

Anyone can browse the catalog, filter by state, county, acreage, price, and species, and read the full description of each property for free. Membership unlocks the members-only details: exact GPS location and parcel boundaries, access and gate instructions, landowner coordination, and the ability to actually book the lease. In short — the public pages help you shop; membership lets you close.

Start on the Find Leases page. Pick a state or use the filters to narrow by county, acreage, price, or species, then open any listing to see the full write-up. When you find the right property, click Book this lease. If you're a member, you'll confirm and pay securely; if not, membership is added at checkout. Once payment clears, the exact location and access details are unlocked and the landowner is notified.

Yes. Before a booking is finalized, each hunter completes a background check through our screening partner, Checkr. It's a core part of how we keep the platform trustworthy for landowners — they're handing over access to their property, and they deserve to know who's on it. Your personal information is handled securely and is never posted publicly.

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account — it stays active through the end of the period you already paid for and won't renew after that. Membership fees are non-refundable for time already elapsed. Lease bookings are seasonal commitments; because a booked property is taken off the market for everyone else, lease payments are generally non-refundable once the season access is unlocked. If something goes wrong with a specific property, email hello@huntingleaseusa.com and we'll work with you and the landowner to make it right.

Landowners don't need to create an account or manage a dashboard. You tell us about your property, we build the listing and market it, and we collect payment from the hunter through the platform. You're paid your share and receive a clear monthly statement showing what leased, what you earned, and when it was sent. We handle the screening, payments, and paperwork so you can keep it simple.

Yes on both counts. Public listings only ever show the general area — county and region — never the exact coordinates or the landowner's identity. Precise location and parcel maps are gated behind membership and only revealed on a booked lease.
