About HuntingLeaseUSA

We built the hunting lease we always wanted.

Your own spot. Away from the crowds. HuntingLeaseUSA is a marketplace that puts hunters on private, uncrowded land — and helps landowners earn from acres they already own. One membership, honest listings, and a vetted party on both sides of the handshake.

Our mission

Give every hunter a place of their own.

The best hunts don’t happen shoulder-to-shoulder. They happen on quiet ground you know well — where the game isn’t pressured, where you can hang a stand and come back to it, and where the only boots in the dirt are the ones you invited.

Our mission is simple: make that kind of access ordinary. We connect hunters with private land leased to a single party for the season, and we make it just as easy for landowners to turn underused acres into income — safely, fairly, and on their own terms.

The problem

Two problems, one obvious fix.

Hunters are running out of quiet places to go. Landowners are sitting on ground that could pay for itself. We connect the two.

For hunters: public land is crowded and pressured

Opening morning turns into a race for parking and a scramble for the good draws. Deer go nocturnal, spots get burned, and a season you waited all year for gets shared with strangers you never saw coming. Quality private access is out there — it’s just hard to find and harder to trust.

For landowners: good ground sits idle

Timber, ag edges, and the back forty could be generating income every season — but finding a responsible party, agreeing on fair terms, and knowing who’s actually on your property is a hassle most owners never get around to. So the land just sits.

How the marketplace works

Built for both sides of the lease

One membership powers the whole thing. Hunters find and book ground; landowners list and lease it. We handle vetting, gated locations, and clear terms in between.

For hunters

  1. 1Start a membership and get background-checked
  2. 2Search real listings by state, county, acreage, price, and species
  3. 3Unlock exact locations, maps, and landowner details
  4. 4Book the lease for the season and hunt your own ground
Find your lease

For landowners

  1. 1List your property free — you set the price and the rules
  2. 2We match you with a vetted, background-checked party
  3. 3Sign clear written lease terms — no handshake guesswork
  4. 4Earn steady seasonal income from land you already own

Trust & safety

Vetted on both sides. Private by default.

A lease only works when everyone feels safe. So we check the people, guard the locations, and put the terms in writing.

Background-checked hunters

Every member passes a background check before they can unlock a location or book a lease. Landowners know who is on their ground.

Locations stay private

Exact GPS boundaries, parcel maps, and access details are gated to members only — never exposed in public listings or to search engines.

Single-party leases

Each property is leased to one party for the season. No overlap, no strangers in your timber, no competition for your spot.

Clear written terms

Dates, boundaries, and expectations are spelled out in a written lease so hunters and landowners are protected and on the same page.

Our values

What we stand on

Honest listings

Real acreage, real photos, real terrain notes. No mystery pins, no bait-and-switch, no ghost properties.

Fair to both sides

A deal only works when the hunter and the landowner both win. We build for the long-term relationship, not the one-off booking.

Respect for the land

We promote ethical, legal, well-managed hunting that keeps ground healthy and productive for the next season and the next generation.

Rooted in the outdoors

We're hunters and landowners ourselves. We built the tool we always wished existed — and we use it too.

Two sides of the same handshake.

Whether you’re looking for your own spot away from the crowds or you’ve got ground that could be earning its keep, there’s a place for you here.
